SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Can Rush. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, estimated delivery times, tracking, and other important shipping information.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders require 2–7 business days to process before they are shipped.

Processing includes order confirmation, payment verification, preparation, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier.

Please note that business days do not normally include weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing may occasionally take longer than usual.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery typically takes:

6–12 business days

This means that the total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is generally approximately 8–19 business days, including both processing and shipping.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

Tracking may occasionally take several business days to display its first update.

4. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim to have every order delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

• Carrier delays

• Customs processing

• Severe weather

• Holiday shipping volume

• Transportation disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Other logistical circumstances outside our control

Please keep these possibilities in mind when ordering time-sensitive products or gifts.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal or ZIP code, city, and country before completing your purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

6. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at getcanrush@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and assist with determining the appropriate next steps.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs processing or other requirements imposed by the destination country.

Customs procedures can sometimes cause additional delivery delays outside our control.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

8. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

In some circumstances, products from the same order may be shipped separately.

If this happens, packages may arrive on different days even though they belong to the same order.

9. HOLIDAY ORDERS

Shipping carriers typically experience significantly higher demand during the holiday season.

If you are purchasing the Monster Advent Calendar as a Christmas gift or for use beginning December 1st, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

Estimated delivery times do not constitute a guaranteed arrival date.
